Thanks to those who joined the Hillbillies yesterday for our Winelands long run - the group was small but ran very well together.

I hope that everyone enjoyed their run? Besides the heat which started getting to me towards the end, I had a fantastic run. Thanks to everyone for making it a great run, and best of luck to all those running the Winelands Marathon later this month!
